After receiving her masters degree in 1997 in Acupuncture from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute in Maryland (now Tai-Sophia), Daphne mentored for 7 years with Classical Five Element Acupuncture master J.R. Worsley through his last days of life, and continued her mentorship with Acupuncture master Judy Worsley.
"Classical Five Element" is a style of acupuncture which emphasizes a person's whole health, including mental, emotional and spiritual health.

While living in the DC area Daphne supervised at the Tai-Sophia student faculty clinic in Maryland, and helped to initiate and direct the N St. Village acupuncture addiction recovery program in Washington, DC. She led a volunteer group of acupuncturists to treat in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, and has recently spent time working in Tanzania.

Daphne is an experienced and empathetic practitioner, now in practice on Cape Cod in Massachusetts, and on a visiting basis in Washington, DC.
